Customer Service Representative – Group and Individual Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Medicare
Jenny Pfeiffer has been with our team since 2019. Jenny services Group and Individual Insurance Products and monitors payments to ensure uninterrupted coverage for our clients. Jenny’s area of responsibility is to maintain a keen focus on the processing of Medicare Advantage Plan and Medicare Supplement applications. This, of course, also includes our very competitive Long Term Care products. Jenny coordinates plan renewals making sure they are timely, accurate and provide the necessary coverage. She also provides suggestions to our team on ways to both increase healthcare quality and reduce costs. She is a key player in evaluating and implementing our health care systems improvements.
