Portfolio Reviews

It is vital to your financial success that we meet regularly to review your portfolio, assess any changes in your circumstances and keep you informed of any issues that may affect your financial future. During our initial appointment we will develop a communication agreement for portfolio reviews. Even if no changes are necessary, we will touch base and provide you with an update. However, if market conditions or your particular situation requires it, it may be necessary for us to call more frequently.

Response time:

You should always feel free to contact us any time. You can expect that any call made to our office before 4:00 p.m. will be returned by your advisor or someone on the team, on the same day. Calls made after 4:00 will be returned on the next business day.

Problem resolution:

While we strive to perform error free, we promise that any discrepancies will be resolved within a resonable time frame, and a status update within that time.
