Amber Busenbark

Amber joined our office in May 2024 and brings valuable experience from working in both doctors’ offices and pharmacies. She has extensive knowledge of insurance, billing, and claims, making her a key resource for our clients. Amber primarily supports group and individual insurance quotes, renewals, and inquiries, while also assisting employers and their employees with claims, plan details, billing questions, and the completion and processing of required documentation. She stays current on carrier updates and is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and care. Amber also provides day-to-day support to our two Insurance Agents - Sue and Dana -and her strong attention to detail is a tremendous asset to our team.

Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her son and daughter and proudly cheering them on at their extracurricular activities. During the summer months, she loves relaxing at the beach, boating, and camping with friends and family. Fall is her favorite season, often spent watching football and enjoying all the fun activities with her kids.
